I recently was made aware of a misuse of the Registered Trademark “Hydrogen
Sulfide (H2S) Master Trainer®” on a training certificate

This trademark is protected by Federal Law and shall not be used by anyone
except by Eric Rosemann and Associates, LLC.  If you have such a certificate
with this trademark, please contact your training provider and have your
certificate changed to another title not protected by our copyright.

“Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Master Trainer®” represents the work products
developed by Frank Perry and Associates, Inc. and Dr. Anne Perry, PhD and
legally transferred to Eric Rosemann and Associates, LLC in 2015.  The
copyright is there to protect the contents and quality of education developed by
the authors and this program.  There is only one original Master’s course and we
wish to protect it.

Training on copyright and trademarks are part of the Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)
Master Trainer® program as one of ERA’s Missions is to encourage development
of quality H2S Safety Training Programs to the ASSE/ANSI Z-390.1 (2017)
Standard.  To those training institutions that aspire to that Standard, we applaud
your efforts and wish you success, but please give your program another name.
Furthermore, we encourage those institutions to utilize the copyright and
trademark laws to protect your work products.

If you see other similar examples of misuse of our trademark in your travels,
ERA-LLC would appreciate you letting us know so that we can address the issue
promptly.
