A Comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment Practice
|

Welcome to our web site, and thank you for taking the time to learn
more about our firm and services we offer. ERA-LLC is dedicated to
provide high quality, Operational/HSE information and training to our
Clients that meet and/or exceed regulatory, industry and Client
requirements and expectations. Documentation is one of the keys to
compliance and ERA-LLC has a comprehensive system of compliance
documentation that enables our Clients to do well in that aspect of any
Audit, Inspection or Review but easy to use via our training/compliance
system that is born of over three decades of being inspected, audited
and reviewed by a wide spectrum of agencies, regulators and Producers
including experience with national and international auditing systems.
That said, that is not the most important part of our Services. The
focus of ERA-LLC is to connect with an employee, empower that
person to use the training every time and with the support of
enlightened Management, using the training, using their minds and
confident to "do the right thing" at every situation and opportunity. In
essence, to USE the Operational/HSE system to it's fullest and be part
of improving it at every opportunity.
The following is a general, but not a complete of services is by no
means the limit of this Practice. However, the list is generally the
most common services and required training in the oil and gas
industry, especially the upstream (Production). I would like to
emphasize that only a comprehensive Risk Analysis of a client's
Operational/HSE requirements will reveal the proper course to chart in
developing a workable system.

Educational Services
I have had particular success in custom-developing basic training programs that,
once completed, enable new employees to safely begin work in a particular work
environment. I have lectured on this Academy development for growing companies
in national forums, even on how to justify them in the Budget process, clearly
demonstrating the return on investment is very profitable to the client.
This custom program can be anywhere from a few days to several weeks in length,
depending on the risk and task requirements by the client. This basic safety
training program, I simply call "The Academy". This"Academy" focuses on the
HSE side of the new hire education process, but can add modules of
company-specific education/training within a particular "Academy" that meets and
exceeds regulatory or industry standards. The development of a client's
"Academy" can also include internal instructor-development.

Internal and External Program Audits are not only required by regulation and
industry mandates, audits, inspections and investigations are good business
practices. Through these support services, ERA-LLC can help keep you in
compliance, alert you to trends and determine failure modes so that effective
corrective actions can be developed and implemented. We can develop your own
internal Audit/Monitoring Program as well.
There are numerous companies that offer these same compliance services and many
are very good at what they do, some not as good. How do you know what is good
and what is not? Engage ERA-LLC's internal audit program to verify the quality,
accuracy and sustainability of your internal audit system. Sounds redundant? Ever
