About Eric Rosemann and Associates, LLC



Providing Operational/Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) guidance and services primarily, but not limited to, upstream Oil and Gas Industry service companies and producers. One of the missions of my Practice is to acknowledge that small companies or start-ups may not have professional comprehensive HSE resources available to them internally, but do need to begin the process of developing that in-house resource as the company grows.


ERA-LLC is designed to help our Clients to establish an integrated Operational / HSE system that will meet and exceed requirements of the regulators, law, Clients and Internal requirements in very practical terms, develop the internal Operational / HSE resource and then stand by to assist as necessary. The “Associates” part is our ability to put together the right people, the right skills and the right answers to meet those Operational / HSE needs.

Hydrogen Sulfide



Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Master™ Trainer





The Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Master™ Program is internationally-recognized and there is only about 150 “Masters” in the world. This 40 contact-hour is based on a two-day adult learning/education principles and a three-day program designed to provide master-level train-the-trainer techniques in outlined in the ANSI/ASSE Z-390.1 (2017) Standard. A current qualified Instructor Development Course (IDC) is a pre-requisite.



Radiation Safety



TX Registered Radiation Safety for Supervisors





The Texas-registered program is a 24 contact-hour program the meets and exceeds the requirements of Texas 25 TAC §289.253 for radiation safety for well logging supervisors. The certification is also recognized by the NRC and Agreement States. Radiation Safety Officer and Subsurface Tracer Survey as well as assistance in obtaining a Radioactive Materials License is available.



Explosives Safety



Oilfield Explosives Safety Series to the API RP-67 Standard





The American Petroleum Association’s (API™) Recommended Practice (RP) 67 is considered the “oilfield’s explosives bible.” It is a consensus standard based on the best practices and scientific/engineering techniques at the time and is updated on a regular basis. ERA-LLC offers Explosive-User-In-Charge training to this Standard and offers Explosives Policies and Procedures to meet ATF and State requirements like the KS Fire Marshall’s Program.
